Who Should We Blame?

Don’t go around saying the world owes you a living; the world owes you nothing; it was here first.  – Mark Twain

the blame game

How many times can we catch ourselves blaming another or getting angry at someone because of what we think they did to us? If we believe that our thoughts create our reality then it’s obvious that what we’re experiencing now is likely the result of our previous thought streams. Or if we believe in God then we might also believe that God or her angels arrange certain difficulties for us, just so that you can grow and experience life in a certain way. No matter what we believe taking the onus on self can be very liberating, we’re suddenly in charge of our life! We’re responsible to self and for self. We may give others the credit but not the blame. What will we create?

affirmations

I AM a creator of my experiences and my world. I choose that which serves God’s purpose for my life. I AM fearless and feel guided daily. I listen carefully and follow the clues that abound. I AM blessed because I AM a child of God. I have the Midas touch. I succeed even when I apparently fail. I know the value of love, the currency of this Universe and I create love with my every thought and action…
