There is no life formula. One that we may use anytime and anywhere? Whether we’re young, old, black, brown, rich or poor? Or is there?

We are on this planet to live a joyful life. We must be joy, we must be love and we must touch others in that vein. Good dark chocolate won’t hurt either! What happens when we combine joy, love and good chocolate? Can that be our life motto?

Now, on the other hand, is beautiful. The most precious gifts are bestowed to us in the present moment. But we scarcely pay attention. This time that’s upon us is beautiful beyond comparison. It really is like the rainbow in all its colorful splendor rising from one end of infinity and descending into the other. Let’s pay more attention to it.

What didn’t happen or isn’t happening that’s causing us to be irritable? Dispassionate awareness of that situation will tend to calm us down…

Each breath that we breathe uses time. Time is as precious as our breath. It allows us to be all that we can be. It enables self-expression in a billion different ways. It’s the palette that God uses to paint this ever unfolding and infinitely multifarious painting. Time can be deeply experienced in the eternal now.

We must value this amazing resource. We don’t always have to fill it with stuff to do. Sometimes we can just sit and be. Time then becomes a means to approach reality. Let’s experience this mystery, in our own way, and make most of it!
