We are like seeds. A seed comes with all that it needs to grow into a mighty oak. It dances with Nature to extract water/sunshine and provides life-giving fruit and shade. Let’s discover the seed that we are, deep inside. Once we make contact we’ll have the means to be rejuvenated and motivated like never before! We will grow like a strong oak and know self. We will then give to those around us, in ways no one else can.

Other regrets come from ways we couldn’t be. And I think these regrets are worse. However if we find our Life Purpose and know how to be blissfully happy then any regret can be minimized. Regrets that we harbor cost us deeply. They stifle our growth and keep us from moving forward. This is also true of people (self included) or situations that we haven’t been able to forgive. Take this quote with a grain of salt! Understand that we must try and be all that we’re capable of and at the same time we don’t want regret to sully your life experience today! We have an eternity ahead of us to get it all done!

Understanding and love among all is the only way the planet will eventually find peace. How will such a thing happen? Not by God doing it for us or by some other magical means. It must be achieved little by little and one person at a time. It will only happen when you and I change. When such a change becomes apparent to our family and neighbors, they will wonder what it was that changed us! Then the virus of love and understanding can spread to them and eventually to all we touch, which is the entire planet! This is the prescription for love, peace and happiness that we all seek!

The big life inhibitor is fear. When fear is present love cannot exist. When love isn’t present our connection to ‘that which underlies it all’ cannot exist. That creates a vicious cycle. The more we fear or focus on fear, the more fearful we become. Instead lets focus on creating the virtuous cycle of love:

It begins with our attitude toward ourselves and the world. We must accept ourselves; love our selves. That allows us to have a positive outlook toward others. Positive energy and circumstances begin to flow into our lives. This starts to build and sustain the ‘lovely’ cycle.
