You own your life…

Don’t go around saying the world owes you a living; the world owes you nothing; it was here first.Mark Twain

How many times can you catch yourself blaming another or even getting angry at someone because of what you think they did to you. You know in your heart that it’s really you and not them. If you believe that your thoughts create your reality then it’s obvious that what you’re experiencing now is likely the result of all your previous thought streams. Or if you believe in God then you might also believe that God or her angels arrange certain difficulties for you, just so that you can grow or experience life in a certain way. No matter what you believe taking the onus on yourself can be very liberating, you are suddenly in charge of your life!

What will you create?

You are responsible to yourself and for yourself. You may give others the credit but not the blame. If you follow this recipe you ensure yourself a unified, mature and satisfied personality. Ask yourself not what someone (or the country) can do for you, ask instead what you can do for them or the situation!

Follow your bliss!

If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. Joseph Campbell

When you follow your bliss, you are in a joyous state yourself. In that state it’s easy to connect with the life-blood of the Universe and your Life Purpose! When you’re in the zone (or flow) life starts to happen in a synchronistic fashion.

That’s when you know that you’re on to something! Latch on to it and pursue your bliss to a fun, fulfilling and very meaningful life!

Be the person you want to be

If you want a quality, act as if you already had it. Try the “as if” technique.William James

Making yourself believe that you can do or achieve something is to win more than half the battle. In psychology this method has been studied and ratified.

If you feel depressed, make the face of a happy person, start smiling and try to act as though things are just fine. You’ll feel better.

The reverse works too.

How many times have you been pulled down by how others are? Or by focusing on the negative, how often have you landed in a soup?

Thoughts do make things, believe it, act on it, and consequently manifest it!

Born to succeed!

Men are born to succeed, not to fail.Henry David Thoreau

You are already a success, just look around you, inside you, and at the life you’ve already created. Let your successful life guide your future and illuminate your present.

Your present is where you understand and accept the value of all that you’ve already become, it’s a culmination of sorts. It’s a future you had probably desired a long time ago. Recognize it, accept it and now celebrate it!

Celebrate the success that you already are!

Quit now!

Quit now, you’ll never make it. If you disregard this advice, you’ll be halfway there.David Zucker

It’s not as much what others tell us but what we tell our own selves, without even knowing it most times. We do this all day, and have probably done it all our lives.

It pays to become aware of our thought habits and replace the thoughts that don’t support our well being and the future we want to create.

Thoughts become things.

Remember that, make each thought count.

What is success to you?

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.Thomas Edison

What is success for you? It’s very important to know what you truly value in life. That in turn will help you define what success will be for you.

Where have you found success already? Asking this question will help you realize all that you have and all that you are. Maybe you’re successful already?

What more do you seek? This question can lead you to vistas and experiences unknown right now. It can also encourage you to stay on the determined path so that you don’t give up too early.
