Leave the mind to be as it is, and remain as you are. Rupert Spira
i am
I am not my thoughts. I am not my mind. What is it that can make these statements? What can leave the mind alone and just be? You, I.

The assertion of self calcifies the unreal into seeming reality. This self-hypnosis is stultifying and the very cause of our ever-present suffering. It’s time to break this mold and allow the self to collapse into the sweet-nothingness of love itself. It’s time to surrender…
When there’s no story, there’s no suffering. Byron Katie
All suffering arises and is experienced in our minds. And it’s a direct result of stories that we create, one thought at a time. No thoughts means no stories equals no suffering, simple.
Keep quiet, decide to not talk for some time.
Don’t think, simply decide to calm down and still all thoughts. It’ll happen.
Don’t move, keep your body entirely still as well. Breathe naturally.
With a relaxed determination this simple practice is all you need.
We ought to have no worries at all. We’re made of god-substance. Each and everyone one of us. And that’s why we’re connected, always, and at the deepest level. So why don’t we experience this oneness? It’s because for some reason we’ve decided to play this game of being little, being nothing, being alone and being scared. What if we discovered that this was all a grand illusion, just a playful activity of the divine, that is us?
Only God, her creations, us, and the relationships between us, exist. Everything else is just a prop. Our very substance is Love. And that’s what connects us directly to each other in relationship. This connection, this very universal substance, the glue that holds us all together, is love. And this love is what we seek in each other, God’s love for his creation. This love, is also what we seek in anything and everything we ever desire in life.
We are as God created us, divine expressions of All That Is. By the simple acceptance of this Truth we can be on our way back Home. We can’t accept it until we continue buying into our seeming current condition. Currently we appear trapped in a perishable body that never seems to be content. But is that what is really going on? Could we be stuck within a virtual reality world? What’s the way out?
