a lost art
We’ve forgotten to breathe. If we catch ourselves we’ll notice that generally we only use one third (1/3) of our lung capacity! What would happen if we started breathing more deeply?
We will be able to:
* Become calmer, reduce stress/anger and erase fear
* Stay centered and present
* Experience better health and a clearer mind
Breathing deeper will help us become happier and more fulfilled as human beings. All that for no real extra effort!
