Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. – Gandhi
True harmony can only come from a self that’s unified. Such a self is calm, intellectually growing, physically healthy and spiritually attuned. Such a personality can handle disappointments more easily, can pick up and keep going towards seemingly insurmountable goals and is a pleasure to have around. Such a person is not a saint, s/he’s a human who’s worked hard on self and has allowed the Divine expression through their life. Such a person has not reached a spiritual plateau, because there isn’t such a thing, but keeps growing while helping others along. We can be such a person. Part of us already is.
Today I AM in harmony. I think peacefully and get active guidance from the Divine. I AM assured of my status as child of God. I know that I mustn’t worry. I accept everything with equanimity and look to serve others…
