trouble

When real or perceived trouble approaches we get stressed. We often don’t know what to do about it. life principles

2nd Principle to Overcome Worry: Know how to face trouble a) Ask yourself, “What is the worst that can possibly happen?” b) Prepare to accept the worst. c) Try to improve on the worst.

Figuring out the worst case scenario forces us to face it. Once we face it we may find that it’s really not that bad. Next we can ‘prepare’ to deal with such an eventuality. Finally we can do what we can to improve the situation. Let’s use our thinking faculty, stop hyper-ventilating and do the best we can!

Daily Affirmation: Today I face trouble calmly!
