Our other regrets come from ways we couldn’t be. Like when we couldn’t be loving and patient, especially with our kids or our parents. Regret is a lot of wasted energy. Instead of wallowing in what we couldn’t do or be, lets Do what we need to do and Be what we need to be, starting right now. Then, we won’t have any ‘inconsolable’ regrets!
