It’s hell when…

  • We have no control over the negativity of our thoughts
  • We aren’t loved or believe that we aren’t loved
  • We flounder about not knowing where life is heading

We choose whether we live in this kind of hell; it’s up to us. There is a way out…

love

The way out is through love. If we’re unable to feel love in our being it’ll be hard for us to make the right decision about important matters. To enjoy the love that pervades this Universe we may do the following:

  • Forgive: We must forgive everyone and everything. Truly forgive any wrongs, real or otherwise, done to us
  • Allow: Once we forgive we can take the next step. We must make the decision to allow the divine to express itself through us
  • Receive: Then all we have to do is be still and receive. Divine intelligence does the rest. Love flows into us and expects expression
  • Express: We must express that which we receive. Love (God) desires expression through us. We must give it away to grow it and to keep experiencing it.

Harmony in mind and body allows us to focus on that which matters. We then realize that love is the way forward. Love of God and love of everyone else in our lives. Love becomes the means as well as the end…

It’s no small Truth that God resides within us. Just accepting this fact, in faith, opens new doors. When we accept this Truth, we give the Divine permission to be active in our lives. The more the Divine participates in our lives, the better off we are if we only allow it. Let’s remember this salient Truth, of God residing in our hearts, and accept the wisdom that can come our way!

The one God is the God of all. God’s expression is through love, he loves us equally and is no respecter of persons. In other words he doesn’t favor one over another. When we experience love, we experience the very essence of the creator and his creation.

What does worshipping God mean? When we spend time with God, contemplating his personality, his vastness, and his love, then that constitutes worship of God. In that state we’re closer to God and can literally experience the love that he showers upon us.

How many times do we argue, tell, inform, convince and even shout but no matter what, the other person never listens or appears to listen? Why is that? How can we get through to other folks? How can we make them listen and act?

make ‘em think

No one likes to be told. Everyone has an ego to protect and that appears to be the biggest challenge. Another factor is that we often don’t speak the others’ language. The language of their experience and outlook. If we can’t understand their perspective, their motives and goals we won’t be able to get through effectively. The way to get across is to ask thought provoking questions or use other means to allow for thinking to blossom. This exact technique works for self too; if we journal actively, think about stuff and ask important questions we can start to connect, to our deep self!

Because love is the stuff that the Universe is made of, love is also the means and the end for anything and everything. That’s all we need to remind ourselves of; from love, to love, for love… That is the way to approach divinity and everyone around us…

When we love God and his creation then nothing but eventual goodness comes our way. In love we work with the very fabric of creation, love then guides us and provides for us all that we can ever need, especially from a spiritual standpoint. Which is why we can never go wrong if we simply focus on love.

We’re all driven. Driven by our genes, the circumstances that define us, our aspirations and our desires. Sooner or later we learn that the only worthwhile desires are those that provide longer lasting fulfillment and happiness. They also happen to be desires that involve people other than us. Selfishness doesn’t satisfy in the long run. Of course selfishness is understandable because we feel that if we don’t take care of us, who will? Greatness comes from realizing that a greater force is in charge of everything, including us. That force when allowed will guide us into a very satisfying and fulfilling life.

That greater reality, that force that beckons and guides us is approached via love. It in fact is love. When we allow such love to flourish in our heart and flow out from us in the form of kind service then we’re living our moment-by-moment purpose. Then all is well. Our soul slowly becomes ‘generated by love’ itself. The entire universe then becomes our playground and everyone around us is a brother or sister. We’ve arrived as cosmic citizens!
