The ego is our thinking mind that constantly self-references. If we stop the self-referencing part, i.e. stop thinking personally, then we can allow a greater power to be us.
All trouble and suffering is created when the ‘I’ butts in. If we can leave the personal out of all that we do then everything gets done and only genuine happiness is the result.

We were born to experience endless love. That’s our very nature. So why don’t we? It’s because we’re good at obstructing its flow into our awareness. And how does that happen?
