?
Maturity comes from truly understanding others and acting on that understanding. We are all God’s children and growing in innumerable ways. We also have a myriad points of view. Surely that’s part of God’s design? Understanding others and being open to why others act the way they do will allow us to be gentle and kind with them…

Now has arrived. Where are we? Visualizing the future or regretting the past? Anxious about something in particular? Or simply lost in our thoughts?
We can only be free when we’re attentively relaxed and fully present. In this vast space there’s a distinguishable peace. Once we arrive we get to taste ambrosia and it’s heavenly! Why would we want to be anywhere else?

We run away from self. We want to constantly be on our smart-phones, on Facebook, email or online. What are we running away from? Boredom is our excuse to keep running away from self.
What would happen if we just sat and faced deeply what’s attempting to emerge from inside us? What if we allowed our self to get bored? What would result from such an experiment?

The other day a friend shared this amazing article: ‘Three Words That Will Transform Your Career’. The concept is very simple and a Universal Truth. We become successful in our lives to the degree that we’re useful to others.
We can be supremely happy when we’re truly good. ‘True goodness’ comes from becoming cognizant of God’s wishes for his creation. That’s only possible when we’re like water itself. Purifying and blessing all in our path and hurting no one. Like water we shouldn’t care if we do the most menial chore for the ‘lowest’ or poorest person. Our life motivation should be to help others be happier. That’s true goodness.
