Most people are running away from themselves. We do that by distracting ourselves, constantly. We watch TV, browse the Internet and are afraid to just be.

our mission

Our mission, if we choose to accept it, is two fold.
1) Find our own self. Connect to our own center. Feel less afraid. Have more faith and confidence. Love more.
2) Assist others to do the same. Peer into their eyes, really listen to them, give tight hugs and pray for them.

Imagine the state of the world if even 1% of us did this everyday!
