We all feel lonely at times. Often it’s because we can’t stand to be with self. We want to stay distracted by watching TV or playing on our phones.

Inside us is a veritable treasure. A treasure that will never get discovered if we keep running away from self. We must be still and like self enough to be with it. Then the doors to the vault start opening!
