Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for things we did not do that is inconsolable. – Sydney J. Harris
Some other regrets come from ways we couldn’t be. And I think these regrets are worse.
However if you find your Life Purpose and/or know how to be blissfully happy then any regret can be erased.
Any regrets that you harbor cost you deeply. They stifle your growth and keep you from moving forward. This is also true of people (self included) or situations that you haven’t been able to forgive.
So take this quote with a grain of salt! Understand that you must try and be all that you’re capable of and at the same time you don’t want regret to sully your life today!
