We all seek happiness and fulfillment. That may come via worldly pursuits such as relationships, career and money. But truly what we seek at a deep level is simply love and security. We can’t manufacture love. That’s because it’s a central reality of the Universe and God the creator is its source. We must receive the love first. That’s the only way we can experience it and the only way we can possibly shower it on any one else. To receive loads of love there are 2 requirements:
- We must think it’s possible to receive it; then ask for it.
- We must be whole enough to receive it.
Step 1 is accomplished via prayer. Step 2 is made possible when we ask for forgiveness and forgive all around us. Guilt, fear and love cannot coexist.
One essential life purpose, it’s clear, is to receive and conduit the currency of the universe, love… Love is what ties us to our creator and to each other. It’s what will eventually create the network that will lead to the spiritual dawn this planet yearns for. And the only way to fully experience and increase the love that we ask for and receive, is it to then pass it along. Love increases as we give it away. Why is that? Because we actually live it and feel it as we give it away, the person who receives it experiences it as well, so by giving our love to just one more person we’ve doubled it!
