A long string of studies including one 2000 person study (referenced in book below) found that ‘acts of altruism—giving to friends and strangers alike—decrease stress and strongly contribute to enhanced mental health’.      c. What are the possible solutions?
     d. What is the best possible solution?

Writing about the situation can be very helpful. Even if we don’t have a solution, we move forward when we express the problem via writing. Let’s try it!
