Don’t think you’re creative? Any thing that we do in our own unique way and is beautiful or good, whether it’s a piece of art or an artful way we converse or understand others, is being creative! Most of us, knowingly or unknowingly convince ourselves that we’re not creative, the truth is quite the opposite, give self some credit!
We can be more creative. Especially when we stay more in the moment (not overcome by the chatter inside the mind), playful and are not ruled by our biases and expectations. Our biases, expectations, assumptions and certainties about anything limits our creativity.
Today I AM creative because I was born that way. I AM constantly creative because I AM open-minded and can flow in the moment. Great ideas come to me and I can easily make amazing connections between things. I AM getting more creative by the day!

How filled with love is our life? How about our pursuits, desires and even mundane activities? Consider how much greater any relationship is when it’s based on love. How much do we look forward to our day when our job is truly fulfilling? Which can only happen if we love our job. What if we were in love with life itself? How would that make our day, week or whole year? Here’s the problem though, we can’t easily love external objects and beings if we’re not comfortable in our own skin, if you don’t appreciate our own self, if we don’t love self.
Love is the currency of the universe, it’s the underlying reality of it all. Live in love and we’ve figured out one of life’s deepest mysteries! Love it up!

The whole world doesn’t revolve around us. When someone says something or appears to mean a certain thing, it’s not aimed at us! And what if it is?
Once we get that, we’re free. We couldn’t care less about what the whole world thinks. We’re still a loving and caring individual of course, but we’re not unduly affected by others.
A conscious mind is one that’s aware of where our thoughts come from and what they lead to. We are then conscious of all our reactions to events. Our reactions to or lack thereof determine how peaceful one can be.
When we don’t think that the whole world or others are conspiring against us, we can be at ease. And that’s the goal. Once we’re at ease we’re a more effective human being in all arenas of life!
