Do we need to go to that next destination? Maybe not, nevertheless what we want is something that we already have. A new way of seeing, the beauty, the truth and the goodness that already abounds, that which already is. No need to go anywhere to enjoy and relish that.
Our breath deeply connects us to our body, which connects to us. When we think constantly we only reside within our heads. To be present, we must expand our purview, we must breathe consciously.
Happiness isn’t a function of a future event or place. It’s a condition of being. I can be happy now, right here. It’s simple, just takes constant re-minding.
