Feelings define our current state of being. How are we feeling right now? Where does this feeling reside? Where does it reside in our mental and our physical body? How would we rather be?
What faculty is it that’s evaluating this ‘feeling’? This very faculty is key to retaining authorship of our feelings and emotions. This faculty points to our center. From the vantage point of this ‘center’ we can claim ownership and mastery of our feelings. We can decide to focus on whatever we please. We can craft the thoughts that’ll serve us…
