9.17 I am the Father of this universe, and even the Source of the Father. I am the Mother of this universe, and the Creator of all. I am the Highest to be known…
9.18 I am the Way, and the Master who watches in silence; thy friend and thy shelter and thy abode of peace. I am the beginning and the middle and the end of all things... – The Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 9)
the first source
God is ever watchful of what goes on in his eternal creation. He created it all and yet sits apart while being intimately involved in his handiwork. He’s The First Source and Center of all that is. He’s closer to us than our very breath. He’s ever accessible.
the personal one
As the holy book says: Won’t he who created the ear not be able to hear? Won’t he who made the eyes not be able to see? Won’t he who crafted the mouth not be able to speak? He the mighty creator of all beings is at the highest level a most loving, personal and knowable parent.
Daily Affirmation: Today I contemplate the First Source and Center.
