Why Let Go and Let God?

If you try to hang on to your life you will lose it. Jesus of Nazareth

let god

We live selfish lives. And therefore are destined to suffer endlessly. To have eternal life, we must learn to collaborate with and be guided by Life. Life = God = The Universe = The Divine. There’s a divine plan for everything and everybody. We in our selfish little ways can never know what’s good for us let alone know what’s good for the entire world. So we must stop trying to hang-on to life, we must learn to let go and as they say ‘Let God’…

How To Be In ‘Grace’…

The everyday practice is simply to develop a complete acceptance and openness to all situations and emotions and to all people… Chogyam Trungpa

daily practice

Why Loving Is King!

love only

Only love and loving matter. It’s our sure connection to God. The only way to be safe in this world. It’s the antidote to fear. A guarantor of great relationships. It’s the only guide we need. Let’s stay as conduits to God’s love by being love itself…

Why Center Ourselves?

Anywhere is the center of the world. Black Elk

centering

To find our way, to know ourselves, to live with purpose and to be genuinely fulfilled we must be centered on ourselves. Not in a selfish, egoistic way, no. But in a fully-present, mindful and being-fullness way. And then we’ll find that we’re indeed the center of the world and that we have nowhere to go and nothing really left to do. All destinations come to us and whatever needs to be done, somehow gets done. Life flows. Life is good and all is well.

How To Make Lasting Relationships…

Learn to be quiet enough to hear the sound of the genuine within yourself so that you can hear it in the others. Marian Wright Edelman

true listening

True listening happens when we operate from our deep, genuine center, from what we actually are. We can come in touch with that center through quietude. And thanks to this kind of listening and direct contact with the ‘other’ nothing but true relationships are built.

that, I Am…

Meditation practices often advise us to stay in the gap between two thoughts. This is great advice indeed. But what is this gap? It’s pure awareness, beingness, it’s who we are, us, , you, me, I Am…
