Let’s not waste our time and precious attention on how we compare with others; what others think of us or what we must do to please them. Instead let’s focus on what makes us beautiful, helpful to others and an attractive person from the inside out. We must get to know self first; that comes when we become increasingly more self aware; which is a product of stillness.
