Are we learners or defenders? Do we defend what we already know so that we can be right? Is our ego often in the way? How can we reengineer ourselves? How can we be more open-minded? How can we listen more?

If we don’t become learners, we’ll steadily atrophy into what we already are. Life by definition is constant change. We must change, learn, improve, get better or we’ll be dinosaurs…
