And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. – Luke 11:9-10
We live in a dynamic, living and orderly universe that’s driven by love. God is present and will engage more fully with us when we ask.
Ask we must. We are growing and learning in this nursery world of souls. The Universe will respond to each request and the answers and gifts provided will be what works best of us and the rest of the world. There are no mistakes made and it all ends well, without fail. Have no fear.

Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. – Suzanne Somers
Forgiveness enables deep healing to occur inside us. It’s a healing that makes the mind sane and the body healthier. It’s a soothing salve that works wonders. At a spiritual level forgiveness allows for a smooth flow of energies in your body that might otherwise be hampered. Once we free that energy up, via forgiveness, we’ll feel better in all respects!
Another way to achieve similar results is to use EFT: a form of affirmations and acupressure tapping. Use EFT to free the energy flow in the body to become healthier emotionally and therefore physically! More info here and here.

We first make our habits, then our habits make us. – John Dryden
chained by habits
Habits are unconscious imperatives that run our lives. We live very habitually. Even the way we think is run by habits. Long held beliefs and assumptions are habits of the mind. We are not free.
Freedom comes from fresh thinking and living. Living that’s not hobbled by dead habits. Fresh living is when we live in the moment and perceive what’s actually going on. Our memory bank no longer runs our lives. We can then be free!

What do we not like about our own selves? How does this dislike for self translate to resentment towards others?
We don’t have to carry any burdens. Whatever happened is ok. Let’s forgive self and then completely forgive others. It’s time to move forward with a light heart! A huge burden lifts as soon as we forgive, we’re now ready to soar!!

Appreciation and self-love are the most important tools that you could ever nurture. – Abraham
Self-love is knowing and acting on what’s good for us physically, mentally and spiritually. In other words we take care of self and have every reason to feel good about us.
When we appreciate people and circumstances we naturally raise our own vibrations. Genuinely feeling good is our goal. When we feel good in the moment we build the foundation for a great life!

Holding a grudge does no one any good, and rarely achieves the result of hurting or damaging the one you cannot forgive. – Neale Donald Walsch
Holding a grudge is like carrying an albatross around our neck. It weighs us down and we get used to it. That, just like any extra body weight, is dangerous in the long run. A grudge can be something as little as resenting someone’s tone of voice. We must actively recognize any grudges we hold and let them go…
If we can’t forgive then the associated grudge will drag around with us and keep hurting us even when we don’t realize. It’ll poison our relationships with not just that one person but with others. It’ll probably cause a back-ache, lack of energy or other physical symptoms. To be emotionally and physically healthy, we must truly forgive!
