Diets rarely work. Just understand why we eat. What are we trying to fill inside us? –

why diet?

To make our bodies have the perfect weight we should explore how and why we use food. Once understood we’ll only ingest what we need, never more. Same applies to drinking or anything else we might be ‘addicted’ to, including device usage. Are we listening to our deeper self? What are we running away from?
