‘Who Am I ?’ Here’s An Answer…

It is through knowing who you are not that the greatest obstacle to knowing who you are is removed.Eckhart Tolle

I AM

I am not my finger. Why? Because ‘I’ can perceive it. I am not my skin, my head or feet for the same reason. I am not what I sense. I am not what I feel. I am not my emotions. Why? Again, because ‘I’ can perceive my emotions. Ditto for ‘my’ thoughts. So what am I? What’s left of ‘me’? ‘I’ just am. I AM.

God, Where Art Thou?

Where God is, there are you.ACIM

here

It’s said that we are a thought in the mind of God. This thought of God, which is me, I, I Am, this being-ness, must actualize God’s presence. Beyond time and space, where God is, which is right here, right now, she must be where her creation is. Which is why so many spiritual traditions tell us to not seek elsewhere but within us for the Truth and the presence of God. And so it is.

How To Secure Our Future…

Live in the present. Do the things that need to be done. Do all the good you can each day. The future will unfold. – Peace Pilgrim

joyous living

If we live each day as faithfully as we can, the future takes care of itself. Most of our planning and worrying for the future is for naught. Once we get this, we can relax and just focus on what surrounds us. Or pay full attention to whoever has been placed by God, as God, right in front of us. Life can be worry-free, joyous and simple if only we don’t complicate it in our own minds.

Think about him in all your ways, and he will guide you on the right paths. – Proverbs 3:6

our loving guide

An all encompassing divine intelligence projects and upholds all that we see, and are. We are an integral part of this same base reality. It’s a choice we can make, to listen to this loving guide. Such guidance always leads us to our collective and individual highest good.

How To Be A Real-Life Maze Runner Part I

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. – Proverbs 3:5

our divine upholder

We’re like kids playing in an immense maze-like sandbox and having figured this world out a bit we think we know what’s going on. Not true. For the most part we have no clue. To have any chance of making it ‘awake’ and becoming fearless in this ‘world’ we must rely only on our ever-present divine upholder.

How To Find Our Self…

What is it like to stay present, presume nothing and allow not-knowing?Miranda MacPherson

our true nature

When all concepts are let go, beliefs and assumptions are dissolved and in total quietude and silence we sit in the hear and now, then we come face-to-face with who we are. The Now moment itself, all that is, the quiet and still center of it all.

How To Find God…

To Find God, you must welcome everything.Tagore

everyone, everything

We must welcome everyone. Trump, Theresa May and Bernie Sanders. Hitler, Idi Amin and Lenin. And everything. Blisters, Tsunamis, disease and malaria. A pony, a rabbit, Brussels sprouts and broccoli. Why, you might ask? Because God is everywhere and everything. The only way to recognize God is to look beyond and through appearances. And thus to experience the oneness that’s the underpinning of all that is.
